In the clip, Petty repeatedly asked the “Clout” singer where he was and called him a racial slur. In a second video, one of Petty’s accomplices told the singer: “Plan that vacation, you gonna be planning your funeral pussy!”The Post reached out to Offset and Minaj for comment.
