Nicholas Jerry Jonas (born September 16, 1992) is an American singer, songwriter and actor. Jonas began acting in theater at the age of seven, and released his debut single in 2002 which caught the attention of Columbia Records where Jonas formed a band with his older brothers, Joe and Kevin, known as the Jonas Brothers. The group released their debut studio album It's About Time through the Columbia label in 2006.
After leaving Columbia Records and signing with Hollywood Records, the group released their self-titled second studio album in 2007, which became their breakthrough record.
The band became prominent figures on the Disney Channel during this time, gaining a large following through the network and they appeared in the widely successful musical television film Camp Rock (2008) and its sequel Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam (2010) as well as two of their own series, Jonas Brothers: Living the Dream (2008–2010) and Jonas (2009–2010).

During the appearance, he revealed there was one awards show performance that he described as “tragic.” Keep reading to find out more… “Then there was another time during a really tragic guitar solo debacle that happened on live TV,” Nick said. “In retrospect, I can kind of laugh about how big I thought it was.
But it did travel more than I wish it would have, and it did cause me to go to therapy.” Nick went on to explain that when the Jonas Brothers were broken up, he joined Kelsea Ballerini for a performance at an awards ceremony – the 2016 Academy Of Country Music Awards – and when it was time for his solo, he messed up. “I come out for my thing, I rehearsed it a million times, I’m feeling really confident about it, not even really thinking about it like it’s a thing that’s going to be problematic,” he says. “I started off, it was fine and as I walked towards her, I just went completely blank and I hit a wrong note and blacked out basically and clocked that it was wrong and I couldn’t stop.” “Til this day and hours after unpacking it, I can’t really figure out exactly what happened, but I was rushed to a car and rushed to a plane right after it and I looked at my manager and said, ‘I think that was bad.’ I was like in shock kinda.
Like it was a really traumatic moment that shaped the pressure I put on myself to be perfect and to always be on,” he continued.
