The 55-year-old Oscar winner was said to be hospitalized after suffering an undisclosed “medical complication” last week. “Luckily, due to quick action and great care, he is already on his way to recovery,” his daughter Corinne told fans at the time. Nick provided an update on Sunday (April 23), and he had some very good news for everyone who was concerned about the star!
