Mariah Carey is 'still mad' at him after he gave their twins Moroccan and Monroe cell phones against her wishes. In an Instagram clip from his eponymous talk show, the 40-year-old father-of-seven revealed he gave the kids cell phones for their tenth birthday on April 30th despite Carey, 52, saying no.
