The Dark Blues have agreed a loan deal with Canadian side York 9 FC.The paperwork and work permits have all been sorted and the 23-year-old is expected to start pre-season training before the end of the month.Dundee boss James McPake has been alerted to Hamilton’s availability because of COVID-19 regulations in Canada.Hamilton was signed from Cavalier FC but has still to arrive in Canada because of the pandemic.
York 9 now want him to head to Europe to get experience and that looks to be in the Scottish Championship. Hamilton, who can play as a striker or a winger, has been called up to Jamaica’s camp for domestic players but as yet remains uncapped for the Reggae Boyz..
