NHS nurse who won Oh Polly contest told she can't claim prize as she's on 12-hour shift

A student nurse who won a fashion giveaway for NHS workers was told she couldn't receive the gift as she was unable to attend the prize virtual event.

Lara Harper, from Glasgow, Scotland, was thrilled to have won an Oh Polly competition for frontline workers. The prize included being gifted a "care pack" and the chance to join in a "virtual cocktail party" wearing a new outfit.

But as Lara was unable to be at the event due to working a 12-hour shift, she was told she also couldn't have the dress. In a message exchange, Lara asks if she can still have her free outfit and care package.
