NHS Forth Valley is encouraging the use of Naloxone in Falkirk to tackle drug overdoses. Naloxone is a medication that that rapidly reverses an opioid overdose and can be administered by members of the public.Crew from the Scottish Ambulance Service (SAS) are now supplying training in the town on how to use the life-saving treatment.A Falkirk Police spokesperson said: "Our partners, NHS Forth Valley, want you to know that ambulance crews have take home Naloxone for the public and can support you in how to spot the signs of an overdose and show you how to administer Naloxone.
