Newly hatched cygnet 'kicked by jogger' has now died after brain damage agony

mirror.co.ukA police hunt is underway after a cruel jogger allegedly kicked a newly hatched cygnet in London’s Richmond Park. The baby swan was rushed to a sanctuary after the ordeal on Monday evening but sadly died on Wednesday.
The jogger is thought to have kicked the baby bird out of his way instead of going around it causing the fragile animal severe brain damage, police said.
Met Police officers for the Royal Parks have issued an appeal for witnesses and information to find the jogger. The suspects is a white male around 60 years old, 5ft 6in and was wearing black running shorts and a vest at the time.
He is described as being balding and had a logo on his running top. Hours before the cygnet died Royal Police tweeted an appeal for information
