Now the Loose Women star, 31, has shared the special meaning behind the glittering engagement ring. Overwhelmed, Stacey explained Joe had opted for two Australian Opals to make up her engagement ring.

Both are incredibly special to Stacey; Opals are her birthstone and Australia is where the couple first fell in love with each other.
