Lucas De Bolle fully intends to forge a career for himself at Newcastle United this summer, but for that to happen he first needs to make an impact at Hamilton Accies.The 20-year-old midfielder is on loan from St James’ Park and has so far only played a total of 90 minutes for the Scottish Championship side.De Bolle made a 20-minute cameo in the 2-0 defeat at home to Queen’s Park in September, but then had an on-going concussion issue stemming from his last game for Newcastle under-21s before his arrival.That has kept him out of the first-team for months, but he made his first start in the 2-0 SPFL Trust Trophy fourth round win over Inverness on December 10.But now he’s raring to go and is eager to help Hamilton take three vital points from Cove Rangers on Friday night.He said: “Newcastle are keen to get me back, but also keen for me to get experience in a league like this, to get games.“You learn a lot more playing professional football in the Scottish Championship than in under-21s level.“The idea is that I would go back in pre-season and make an impact on Newcastle, but I’m focused right now on having a strong end to the season at Hamilton.“Coming here, making my debut, I felt good and that I could help the team.“So to be dealt that set-back for that period of time was very frustrating, especially watching a few of the results the team has been having.”De Bolle added: “That was my first taste of Scottish football, and there were a lot more long balls than I’m used to, but it challenges me in a different way, being here.“My game is a lot on the ball and technically trying to do well with it, so there are areas to improve off the ball.“This league gives me a lot of opportunities to work on that.“There have been some
