'New York New York' Stars Anna Uzele & Colton Ryan Seal Tony Awards Performance With a Kiss!
justjared.comThe stars of the new musical New York New York sealed their performance with a kiss at the 2023 Tony Awards! Anna Uzele and Colton Ryan shared a passionate kiss at the end of their performance on Sunday night (June 11) at the United Palace Theatre in New York City’s Washington Heights.
It was all for the show though, as they both have partners in real life! Colton is nominated for Best Performance by a Leading Actor in a Musical for his work in the show, which is also up for Best Musical.
Here is the show’s synopsis: “It is 1946, the war is over, and a resurgent New York is beginning to rebuild. As steel beams swing overhead, a collection of artists has dreams as big and diverse as the city itself.
Among them is New York native Jimmy Doyle, a brilliant but disillusioned musician looking for his “major chord” in life: music, money, love.
