In a candid video, former soap star Helen revealed that she multitasking by breastfeeding while ticking off all the jobs on her to-do list before showing fans that she stuffed a cabbage leaf into her bra to help alleviate the pain that comes with breastfeeding Helen seems to be a fan of the natural remedy that new mums often use to help reduce swelling and breast pain.
