Millie Bobby Brown’s upcoming Netflix film The Electric State is getting a video game prequel.The Electric State is “set in the aftermath of a robot uprising in an alternate version of the ’90s” and “follows an orphaned teenager who ventures across the American West with a cartoon-inspired robot, a smuggler, and his sidekick in search of her younger brother.” Brown will play the orphaned Michelle, with Chris Pratt, Giancarlo Esposito and Ke Huy Quan also set to star in the film.
Anthony Mackie, Woody Harrelson and Brian Cox will voice various robots.Directed by The Russo Brothers (Avengers: Endgame), The Electric State will be available to stream on Netflix from March 14.Netflix has also confirmed a video game prequel will be released shortly afterwards.
The Electric State: Kid Cosmo is a “bite-sized adventure puzzle game” that will be available on mobile from March 18 for all Netflix subscribers.“Kid Cosmo needs your help!
