Taylor Swift

Taylor Alison Swift is an American singer-songwriter. She is known for narrative songs about her personal life, which have received widespread media coverage. At age 14, Swift became the youngest artist signed by the Sony/ATV Music publishing house and, at 15, she signed her first record deal.

Her 2006 eponymous debut album was the longest-charting album of the 2000s in the US. Its third single, "Our Song", made her the youngest person to single-handedly write and perform a number-one song on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart. Swift's second album, Fearless, was released in 2008.

Buoyed by the pop crossover success of the singles "Love Story" and "You Belong with Me", it became the US' best-selling album of 2009 and was certified diamond in the US. The album won four Grammy Awards, and Swift became the youngest Album of the Year winner.

The cost of living crisis continues to put the squeeze on household budgets as everyday food prices continue to rise, inflation remains in the double digits and energy bills show no signs of coming down before summer.

While we welcome the warmer days of late winter and longer daylight hours, many households are still struggling to heat their homes.

According to the End Fuel Poverty Coalition, 16.4 million people will be in fuel poverty this winter. However, many people in Scotland, England, Wales and Northern Ireland may not be aware of a new interactive map - signposted on the GOV.UK Cost of Living microsite - which has details of 4,261 ‘Warm Welcome Spaces’ which have opened their doors to the public.

The network of community organisations, churches, libraries, businesses and other faith groups across the UK have opened their doors to provide heat, Wi-Fi, hot drinks and company to anyone in the area who needs it.
