A major new housing development at a former Bolton industrial estate has been given the green light – and the first residents could move in by 2021.
A total of 258 houses is set to be build at the Hercules Business Park site in Lostock as the final details of the development have now been approved.
Plans for 49 houses on one parcel of land at the site were granted planning permission this week alongside a further eight houses at a former car park to the east of the office building currently occupied by Destinology.
This comes after plans for 200 houses and 6,038 square metres of office space across three buildings were approved in July 2018.
