Fans were shocked to hear that NBC’s Good Girls series had been cancelled following a successful fourth season.
Even the stars – Christina Hendricks, Retta and Mae Whitman – were taken back over the news that the should would not be back for a fifth season on the network.

Apparently, when negotiations with the cast started in mid-June, the series hit a wall with Manny Montana, who plays Rio, who holds a major flame for Christina‘s character, Beth.
