The police watchdog has issued a fresh appeal for witnesses to come forward after a 20-year-old woman died in a crash following a chase.
Xena Georgiou, 20, was driving a BMW that crashed when she 'lost control' and it collided with a parked car in Sale in Trafford, an inquest opening heard.
The smash happened on Marsland Road following a 'two-minute' police pursuit when the car failed to stop at around 8.30pm on Sunday, December 3.
Xena was rushed to the Manchester Royal Infirmary (MRI) but died later that day. A male passenger was taken to hospital with serious injuries, while a female passenger was also treated for her injuries on the night. Try MEN Premium now with our amazing New Year offer...
