Bolton Wanderers boss Ian Evatt has vowed he has full belief in his strikers amid not bringing in further reinforcements in that department this summer and feels a League One Erling Haaland is just not a realistic prospect.
Wanderers made five acquisitions over the summer. Eoin Toal and Jack Iredale have joined on permanent deals from Derry City and Cambridge United.
Two players have also been brought in on loan for the campaign. Defender Conor Bradley has joined from Liverpool, while goalkeeper James Trafford has been signed up again from Manchester City. That proved to be the final signing of the window for Wanderers as, despite still looking for reinforcements, no further acquisitions were made.
