It explores the sporting star's private and personal lives and includes interviews with his wife Victoria Beckham, fellow Manchester United played Gary Neville and his parents Sandra and Ted.
The four-parter sees David open up about his relationship with Victoria as well as his own mental health battles, including his 'tiring' habits that see him stay awake long after his family have gone to bed to straighten up the house.
He also discusses his relationship with Spice Girls singer Victoria, who he's been married to for 24 years.
