Get ready for the return of The Upshaws! Netflix has debuted the trailer for the upcoming Part 6 of the hit comedy series starring Mike Epps, Wanda Sykes, Kim Fields, Khali Spraggins, Jermelle Simon, Journey Christine, Diamond Lyons, and Gabrielle Dennis. Keep reading to find out more…The series centers on Bennie Upshaw (Epps), the head of a Black working-class family in Indianapolis, is a charming, well-intentioned mechanic and lifelong mess just trying his best to step up and care for his family — wife Regina (Fields), their two young daughters (Spraggins & Christine) and firstborn son (Simon), the teenage son (Lyons) he fathered with another woman (Dennis) — and tolerate his sardonic sister-in-law (Sykes), all without a blueprint for success.

But the Upshaws are determined to make it work, and make it to the next level, together. The Upshaws was co-created by Wanda, and she and Mike also serve as executive producers.

Earlier this year, Netflix announced that The Upshaws will be concluding after Part 7. Part 6 of The Upshaws debuts on Netflix on January 9, 2025!
