Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka have found a buyer for their historic Harlem brownstone, Gimme can report exclusively. The five-story home listed last August for $7.3 million.
But it was pulled off the market following a storm that caused some water damage. While the furniture was being redone, brokers and buyers kept circling — with multiple offers.
The buyer — a local New Yorker in love with the house and the ‘hood, we hear — is in contract for more than $7.1 million, sources say.
It’s a record for the neighborhood and yet another example of the boom Harlem is having. Harris bought the five-bedroom, 20-foot-wide home in 2013 for close to $3.6 million, as Gimme reported exclusively at the time.
