Neil Lennon insists it is too soon for him to be sacked.But the Parkhead boss admits he can’t say what decisions will be taken on his future by the club hierarchy.Lennon’s position is under the severest threat after a dreadful exit from the Betfred Cup at the hands of Ross County adding to a feeling of deep angst around the club’s support.Fed-up Celtic fans began gathering immediately outside the front entrance of the stadium after the 2-0 loss chanting and calling for him to be axed by club chiefs.

Heavy police presence was in attendance as angry punters vented their feelings with vans at the scene and helicopters circling above with the situation heated.This came just days after a banner was held up outside the stadium calling for Lennon.
