Wilmer Valderrama is going to be a dad of two! The 45-year-old NCIS star’s fiancée Amanda Pacheco is pregnant with the couple’s second child, People revealed. Wilmer and Amanda are also parents to four-year-old daughter Nakano Oceana, and she is perhaps the most excited of everyone!
