Naya Rivera's ex-husband, Ryan Dorsey, has reportedly filed a wrongful death lawsuit on behalf of their son Josey. The 33-year-old Glee actress was reported missing on July 8 when the boat she hired on Lake Piru was found floating with her five-year-old son Josey lying asleep in it.
After a huge search, Naya's body was found on July 13 and it was announced that she had drowned. Ryan is claiming that the boat was unsafe to be used and TMZ has reported that he has filed documents claiming that Ventura County is responsible for Naya's death.
