Nearly a year has passed since the Glee actress vanished without a trace and her son Josey, four, was found asleep on a rented boat on Lake Piru, outside of Los Angeles, in July last year.
It wasn't until six days later the star's body was found and it later come to light she had died of accidental drowning. In the hours before her death, the dad of the actress warned his late daughter Naya not to get out of the boat to swim.
