Naya Rivera's father George has put Glee creator Ryan Murphy on blast for "broken promises" made after her tragic death. The Glee actress died aged 33 in July 2020 after drowning in a tragic accident while out on a lake trip with her son.
Soon after the tragic news broke, Naya's former Glee co-stars - including the show's creator Ryan - shared a joint statement in The Hollywood Reporter as they honoured her memory.
They said they "are in the process of creating a college fund" for Josey. However Naya's dad George has now spoken out seven months after the tragedy, claiming Josey's college fund was never set up as he slammed the "fake outrage" and "hollow gestures".
