'Natural mum' Kate is just like Diana - but she's taken her role one step further

Catherine launched The Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood in June last year and set up the successful 'Big 5' survey which helped us to learn about the first five years of a child's life.This work, one royal expert feels, has allowed the Princess to flourish as she calls her a "very natural mother", noting that her approach to raising Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis is very similar to the way Diana, Princess of Wales brought Princes William and Harry up.
Speaking to OK!, former BBC Royal Correspondent Jennie Bond said: “Catherine is a very natural mother, I think she's quite like Diana in that way - very nurturing, very loving, very thoughtful. "But I think that she has taken it one step further as she is broadcasting her message, through her view of the importance of early years and the importance of bringing children up. "She's not only applying it to her own children, but she's encouraging society at large to think hard about how to bring up your children.
She's showing herself to be an excellent mother in quite difficult circumstances.” This year she pushed her work even further and set up 'Shaping Us', an awareness campaign dedicated to spotlighting the importance of early childhood.
