The Hollywood actress, 48, shed her clothes to pose totally naked for a picture celebrating her birthday this week - crediting her Goop body butter with giving her the confidence to get her kit off.
Telly regular Nadia, 55, decided to mimic the actress' post by going nude in her own garden, recreating Gwyneth's pose and holding up a tub of Lurpak.
Nadia joked she credits real butter to help her get naked. She wrote: "So apparently @gwynethpaltrow uses her @goop body butter to give her the confidence to go naked in her garden !!! "I always knew me and Gwinnie Gwin Gwins had something in common !!!
