A private jet - with the enigmatic call-sign 'Mr Big' - touched down at Dublin Airport earlier today. The plane, a Lear Jet costing around £11.7 million, raised eyebrows when it landed in the Irish capital from Southend.The mysterious 'Mr Big' has certainly been busy recently.

Just yesterday, the jet had flown from Chambery to Southend, after arriving in France on Monday from Bristol, UK, DublinLive reported here.There was quite the buzz on social media when flight trackers spotted the unusual call sign.

One interested observer tweeted, "There is literally somebody flying into Dublin shortly on a Learjet from London whose callsign is 'MRBIG'."However, those hoping for an intriguing secret agent story might feel let down.

North Wales Live did some digging in 2017 when the jet was seen over Wales and Belfast. They found that the aircraft is owned by Volantair LP Inc, a company based in the Isle of Man.
