Mysterious 'alien-creature' washes up on beach leaving resident baffled

A man has been left baffled after discovering the strange remains of an 'alien-like' creature found on a beach. Alex Tan made the bizarre discovery on Sunshine Coast in Australia, leaving him and others bewildered as to what it could be.

The grotesque four-legged specimen is hairless with a bloated body and a long, rat-like tail, the Mirror reports.When it washed up dead, nearly all the flesh on its head had decomposed, exposing a long "reptilian skull".

The Queensland resident shared a video of the mysterious find on Instagram, along with the caption: “I've stumbled across something weird. "This is like one of those things you see when people claim they've found aliens.”He described the creepy find as looking like a "de-haired possum" but added that it was "different to anything" he'd seen before.

Then he added that he thought it looked "extra-terrestrial", reports the Daily Star.
