‘My Old Ass’: Read The Screenplay For Megan Park’s Spirit Awards-Nominated Coming-Of-Age Comedy

The LuckyChap and Indian Paintbrush production stars Maisy Stella, Aubrey Plaza, Maddie Ziegler, Percy Hynes White and Kerrice Brooks.
It follows the irreverent Elliott (Stella), who comes face-to-face with her older self (Plaza) — her self-proclaimed “old ass” — during a mushroom trip before heading off to college.
The encounter spurs a journey of self-discovery and first love as Elliott prepares to leave her childhood home. The screenplay has already scored a Spirit Awards nomination, where Stella scored a Breakthrough Performance nom.
