My Mum, Your Dad star Natalie Russell has taken to social media to share a worrying health update. The star from the popular ITV dating show branded the ‘Middle Aged Love Island’ , which will be returning for a second series , got real with her 54,000 followers on her health, and opened up about feeling lonely.

Using a bikini snap to share her update she said: “I’m going to get real with you….. And use a bikini pic to do it because that’s what seems to get more traction than any quote I may write.” “This pic should be alongside a caption like #livingmybestlife But the truth is whilst I am so so grateful to be sat poolside in the sun, I absolutely am, and it is a life I only dreamed of once and some may never experience, it doesn’t mean that it’s picture perfect." Natalie was one of the last couples standing on the show, finding a true connection with fellow contestant, Paul Edwards, 47.
