'My in-laws make awful comments to my wife following the birth of our baby'

A new dad has said he is considering banning his in-laws from visiting after they made persistent cruel comments to his wife following the birth of their daughter.

He explains that his wife's parents have always treated her differently to her brothers, but she 'didn't mind and could always overlook it'.

But the problem has worsened since they became parents and the dad revealed the relationship is a breaking point due to their snide remarks.

He says when his wife has been eating they have told her: "Now that the baby is born, you can't still use her for an excuse as to why you're fat." The husband added that his partner is not close to fat at all, and the comments have convinced her to start dieting when there is no need to.
