On Wednesday night (February 9), the 50-year-old actor stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live! to chat about his role in the hit HBO series, which earned him a SAG Award nomination.
During their chat, Jimmy brought up Murray‘s character Armond’s infamous revenge scene in the finale. Click inside to read more… For those who don’t remember, Armond defecates in the suitcase of one of the guests at his hotel.
During the interview, Jimmy admitted he texted The White Lotus creator Mike White about the scene immediately after watching it, who assured Jimmy it was all done via CGI. Murray then admitted that he was also shocked when he saw the final cut of that scene. “It’s not the thing you expect to see on TV,” Murray said with a laugh. “And it’s certainly not the thing you expect to what yourself do on TV.
