Grieving parents of murdered Colette Law told of their heartbreak after learning their homeless daughter may have been dead for a week before she was found in a tent.Colette, 26, moved from Greenock, Inverclyde, to Spalding, Lincs, to start a new life with her boyfriend Paul Neilson, 30, in April.
Her body was found in a tent in the grounds of St Mary and St Nicolas Church on July 17.Neilson, who had links with Kilmarnock, Ayrshire, was remanded in custody on suspicion of murder and appeared in Lincolnshire Magistrates' Court on July 24.
He will appear in court on August 29 - the day after Colette's birthday.Colette, who weighed only 6.5 stone, had auditioned for X Factor twice, and had a diagnosis of ADHD.
She died from a bleed on the brain, according to her family, and her body was so badly decomposed that they will not be able to see her to say goodbye.Colette was last seen on CCTV on July 10, but she was found a week later.
