Crime thriller “Murder on the Inca Trail” revolves around a murder on the remote Inca Trail, but there are no witnesses, no weapon and no evidence.
How can chief inspector Rita Berg identify the murderer of Ursula Glück, who is killed during an alleged robbery? Her husband, Jona Kepler, claims innocence, but suspicion lingers.
Despite a lack of motive, Berg keeps digging. The show, which is produced by Westside for ARD Degeto/BR, stars Nina Gummich (“Alice,” “Charité”) and Thomas Prenn (“Die Mittagsfrau,” “Deutsches Haus”).
