A mum who repeatedly groped a teenage boy has been spared jail after a judge ruled she was 'immature' and not sexually attracted to children.
Julie Winnard was 40 when she slapped and squeezed the bottom of the 15-year-old lad as he bent down to pick up a dog bowl. She also made inappropriate comments towards him as friends looked on.
Winnard, from Hindley, Wigan, was later charged with four counts of sexual assault after the boy told a social worker of his 'uncomfortable' encounters over a 13 month period.
He claimed she also kissed him on the cheek whilst grabbing his bottom and further tried to kiss him on the lips.
