Emma Sheppard, 42, split with her long term spouse of 18 years in 2020.She said the end of her marriage changed her life for the better.

Emma revealed her busy lifestyle as a wife was making her miserable and she is now ''living her best life'' following their separation.The newly-single mum had a sudden epiphany that she could ''be so much more'' and decided to turn her life around by joining a gym and switching her junk food diet for healthy home-cooked meals, Wales Online reports.

She also began to take more pride in her appearance and glammed herself up for nights out again.On top of this, she up a Tinder account, where she has received plenty of attention, including from a man who claims to be an ex-Love Island star.Emma, a welfare case worker, from Blackpool shared: "I'm so happy now that I've totally turned my life around.
