Sometimes, the mums and dads take it as an opportunity to show off to their children and rival parents.But back in June 2022, one mother showed off a little bit too much after she accidentally took a tumble during a race.
Katie Hanniford was competing at the event at her daughter's school in Basildon, Essex.She set off with the other mums, trying her hardest to keep pace with the rest.
But shortly into the race, she began to stumble and then tried desperately to keep her feet.Unfortunately for Katie, who was wearing a long blue dress, she was unable to keep running and suddenly found herself face planting in the grass.
