Kelsey, 32, spoke to The Sun on Sunday about Tom's final moments and later revealed to fans she did the interview because he "always believed in sharing our journey." Tom died in March after a battle with stage 4 Glioblastoma.  In a video montage, Kelsey showed scenes from their wedding day as they kissed after their nuptials, tender moments of them dancing and happier times of Tom playing with their two children.
