Mum shopping for new wedding gown after dropping three dress sizes with £8 app

When Gemma Dunn started planning her dream wedding, she went out and bought a gorgeous dress to wear on her big day. But when the pandemic meant the celebration had to be postponed, she decided to use the extra time to lose some weight - and just a few months later she's on the lookout for a new gown that's three sizes smaller.

The 44-year-old used to guzzle three cans of Diet Coke a day and at her biggest struggled to tie her shoes. She's now transformed her body with a £7.99 hypnosis app, losing 3st in just four months.

Gemma, from Leatherhead, Surrey, says she previously struggled to lose weight while juggling her busy job as a specialist autism teacher and raising her children Loki, 18, and Keme, 12.
