Mum's horror over 'skin crawling' stain on duvet at Travelodge hotel

A woman has hit out at Travelodge after discovering a "disgusting" stain on her duvet which "made her skin crawl". Fuming Theresa Webber made the discovery when she stripped off the cover before she left the hotel in Bristol because she wanted to leave less work for housekeeping staff.

But the 57-year-old retiree says her skin was “crawling” when she saw a huge brown mark on the duvet she had been sleeping under for two nights, Bristol Live reports.

The chain said the stain was caused by coffee. Ms Webber had travelled from her home in France to visit her son in Bristol at the weekend, staying in the Travelodge during that time.
