Encountered at 13 years old by talent manager Scooter Braun after he had watched the boy's YouTube cover song videos, Bieber was signed to RBMG Records in 2008. The 31-year-old, from Whiston, chose the spot as it is one of her favourites and she knew that Dillon and Lily would love it to, reports the Liverpool Echo.
