Lidl has launched an investigation after a mum claimed she was taken into a back room and told off after posting a critical message on Facebook.
Ana Palmer says she was previously stopped on a visit to the store in Tavistock, Devon, in December claiming her bags were searched "due to an increase in mystery shoppers".
Baffled by the incident she took to a Facebook group for advice, reports Plymouth Live. It was after the post on a follow up visit to the store that a member of staff allegedly "took her into a back room" and told her off.
