Mum 'in disbelief' after finding £5,000 golden ticket in Aldi chocolate bar

A lucky mum won an incredible £5,000 after finding a golden ticket in an Aldi chocolate bar. Sian Walker says she can now go ahead with her 'dream home extension' after finding the special token hidden in one of Aldi’s Dairyfine Golden Giveaway Chocolate Bars, Cheshire Live reports.

The 43-year-old was 'joking' with her son and pretending they had bagged the cash prize after picking up the sweet treat from a Nantwich store, before realising that one of the golden tickets was actually inside.

The supermarket is giving customers the chance to get their hands on £5,000 or £10,000 as a part of 'The Aldi Golden Giveaway'.
