Mum hurled brick at former partner's door over toilet row

A woman breached a non-molestation order made against her by banging on her former partner's door when she needed to use the loo.Leigh Docwra, 35, also damaged the glass panel of his door by hurling a brick at it.

When he came out of his house, she chucked stones at him and shouted and swore at him, Hull Live reports. When the police arrived at the scene to arrest the Hull woman, she was presenting as 'aggressive and intoxicated '.

Leigh Docwra admitted to causing criminal damage under £5000 and breaching a non-molestation order at Hull Crown Court.Michael Masson, prosecuting, said on April 2, 2022, in the early hours of the morning, Docwra showed up at her ex-partner's home, banging on his door.She had been out for drinks with her sister and had been kicked out of the taxi and was 'stranded on the bankside' and claimed the nearest place she was familiar with was her ex-partner's home.However, a non-molestation order had been placed against her by the courts on December 20, 2021.

She was asking to be let in and continued banging on the door to go in and use the toilet. Her ex-partner refused to let her in due to the order.
