A woman has said she feels 'victimised' after a bollard was put up outside her home in Redruth, in the specific spot she usually parks her car, without any warning.
Jasmine Frank, who lives in a property managed by Coastline Housing, is adamant the company had previously told her it was alright to keep her car in the spot, even though it wasn't a designated parking space.
But she recently returned from work to discover this was clearly no longer the case, as the bollard was firmly in place. Speaking to Cornwall Live, the mum said she suspects it is the result of complaints from a neighbour as people have told her she'd been "blocking access".
