A mum who was forced to remove her 'offensive' number plate said she just wanted to make people smile following the tragic death of her son.
Toni Brand was fined for displaying the words 'SLUT HO' on the registration plate of her white Volkswagen Scirocco, Wales Online reports.
She said she was left 'crying' after a police officer stopped her and made her undo the screws on it. Toni said she realised life is short after her 'amazing' son Ricky took his own life and that she wanted to 'spread cheer' through the number plate. Toni said she believes '95 per cent of the population' would not be offended by the joke and says the reaction from other drivers has been 'amazing'.
