Laura wanted to illustrate that it is "it's fine to take a break and tidy up later" - particularly with the hustle and bustle of the approaching summer holidays.
The mother of two young children decided to share her personal experience, which involved coming downstairs post putting her son to bed only to discover an untidy house.
Before setting out to clean up, she opted to carve out few minutes for herself. And she has told fellow parents that doing this is perfectly OK.
