A 'beautiful and caring' mother who died unexpectedly on the morning of her wedding in Trinidad leaves behind her 10-year-old son who is now stranded in the country.
Nadia Joseph-Gosine from London tragically passed away in her sleep on December 7 from liver disease in the hours before her big day and her son Emari is now stuck over 4,00 miles from home, the Mirror reports.The 33-year-old retail worker was due to marry her partner of five years, Devon Gosine from Trinidad, who also had no idea his fiancée was suffering from liver failure.
Speaking in the UK, Nadia's heartbroken sister Isha Daley, 37, said she was aware she had issues with her liver in the past but thought everything was now okay.Young Emari is now being looked after by Devon - who is not his biological father - while Nadia's family are trying to raise funds in the UK to cover the cost of bringing the 10-year-old home as well as the money needed to cremate Nadia.
Isha has now paid tribute to her sibling who she described as a 'mini rebel' that was very 'lively and feisty'.She said: "She was a very entertaining person.
